This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to MRI Chandigarh through the website https://mrichandigarh.com, phone bookings, or in-person payments for MRI, CT Scan, PET Scan, or related diagnostic services.
Refunds are considered only when an appointment is cancelled by MRI Chandigarh due to operational or technical reasons, or when payment has been made but the service could not be provided.
If a patient cancels an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, a refund may be issued after applicable processing charges.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
* Missed appointments or no-shows
* Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment
* Services already performed or partially completed
* Delays caused by patient unavailability or incorrect information
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
MRI Chandigarh is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banking institutions.
Patients may reschedule appointments subject to availability. Rescheduling does not guarantee a refund unless otherwise approved.
Any refund-related disputes must be reported within 7 days of the scheduled appointment date. Requests received after this period may not be considered.
MRI Chandigarh reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
